I’d like to start by telling you how much I appreciate each member of the Trendy Information Co., Ltd. team and that I recognize we wouldn’t be where we are without the contributions made by each and every one of our employees. Thank you.
Last year was a year of growth, change and transition. The growth in net sales was achieved by extensive marketing strategy and progressive sales approach. Change and transition was started by our aggressive push on upgrade and extensive usage of Information Technology. 

Actions to improve customer satisfaction level

The growth in net sales was based primarily on customer trust on our service. In 2017 we will fine-tuned the speed of the whole customer supply chain process from order to purchase, document process as well shipping time. We have earned a great reputation as a trusted partner to our customers. And, we want our reputation for excellence to spread to other areas within our customer community. We will use this experience to help create a framework that Trendy Information Co., Ltd. will use to target new opportunities and to effectively increase our customer satisfaction level.

Looking Ahead to 2024 and Beyond… Trendy Information Co., Ltd. will continue to be strong 

With the executive team in place and with the help of our awesome employees, we are really making strides in achieving our strategic goal of transforming our service offerings into core competencies, and increasing our market share by growing our existing clients and expanding our client rosters. With over 35 years of experience supporting and managing gives us depth in all phases of systems procurement, management, and delivery. This is going to be the one to drive the development of our best practices and the corporate discipline we need to build consistency in our services delivery across our customer base. Ensuring constant supply of marketable unit at ultra competitive price will also be a consistent challenge for us in the upcoming year.
